Pro itself is a separate monthly USDC subscription billed in the desktop app (or claimed in-app if you hold the gate amount). Streamflow handles the on-chain lockup; the portal reads your stake live and applies the right supporter tier.
This is the supporter-tier lockup, handled on-chain by Streamflow. It is separate from Garrison staking, which is a different mechanism that only raises your share of referral commission and does not unlock tiers here.
